SATURDAY JUNE 9, 2001

Troy Garrison won his second Street Stock feature in a row Saturday night at the Mottville Speedway as he just beat Terry Kline in the 25 lapper! On the final lap Garrison and Kline were fighting for the lead when they came upon a lap car in turn 4 and Garrison went high and Kline low with Garrison just wining by mere inches! Eric Smoroske was 3^rd followed by Matt Buzzard, Phillip Merchant and Jeff Brunt.

Scott Baker won the dash over Randy Morley and Brunt while Garrison won the heat over Kline and Brunt.

David Fugate won his first Mottville Stock feature of the season as he won the 20 lapper over Wesley Schaefer, Merle Yoder, Jean Behlke, Bob Aumack and John Yoder. Behlke won the dash over John Yoder and Merle Yoder and Fugate won the heat over Behlke and Wesley Schaefer.

Alden Brown won his first Thunder Car feature ever in a wild 20 lapper! Terry Kline was a very close 2^nd followed by Melissa Worthington, Doug Gage, Chris Arnett, Fred Garrett, Ben Robinson, Tom Kimble, Sr., and Eric Root. Worthington won the dash over Kline and Ken Odom while Brown won the heat over Arnett and Robinson.

Randy Morley made it 6 Mini Thunder Car feature wins as he took the 20 lapper over Nathan Aumack, Paul Zimmerman, Tim Hutchings, Brian Deplanche and Mike Aumack. Morley won the dash over Zimmerman and Nathan Aumack and he also took the heat over Deplanche and Zimmerman.

Season points leader Terry Humphries won his 11^th Bomber feature of the season in a 12 lap win over Ray Simpson, Jr., Bill Crapo and Keith McNett. Humphries won the dash with the same order of finish.

10 karts waged an exciting feature with Greg Brown just nipping Shawn Forsyth for his 5^th feature of the season in a 15 lapper. Travis Forsyth was 3^rd followed by Justin Stump, Andrew Behlke, Tom Koehler, Tod Behlke, Mark Garrison, Terry Humphries and Jessica Brown. Jessica Brown won the dash over Koehler and Tod Behlke and Stump won the heat over Shawn Forsyth and Greg Brown.
