SUNDAY JULY 22, 2001

Season points leader Randy Morley ended a long feature win drought as he easily won the 25 lap Street Stock feature on a hot and very humid Sunday night at the Mottville Speedway! It was Morley’s 18^th feature win of the season! Melissa Worthington finished a season high second by Dale Kendall, Terry Kline and Tony Muzzillo. Morley won the dash over Kline and Bill Crapo while Kline took the heat over Morley and Kendall.

In a near photo finish Nathan Aumack recorded his 10^th feature win of the season as he just nipped Fred Garrett at the finish line! Justin Mosher was a career high 3^rd followed by Mike Aumack and Paul Zimmerman. Garrett won the heat over Mosher and N. Aumack.

Jamie Kline won her 7^th Thunder Car feature of the season in a 20 lapper. Kline was running last when the field was turned around at the halfway mark and ran the final laps the wrong way! Kline just edged Melissa Worthington for the win! Eric Root was 3^rd and Randy Morley 4^th. Morley won the heat over Worthington and Root.

Robert Teadt Jr won his 10^th Mottville Stock feature of the season as he took the 25 lapper over Jason Schaefer, David Schaefer, Wesley Schaefer, and Merle Yoder. Wesley Schaefer won the dash over David Schaefer and Merle Yoder while Teadt took the heat over Wesley Schaefer and David Schafer.

Ryan Schnabel won his 2^nd kart feature of the season with a 12 lap win over John Muzzillo. Schnabel also won the dash.
