Pro

season with a 15 lap win over Jim Jacobs and results were the same in the heat.
Larry
Saunders moved into 3rd in the Street Stock season points standings
with a 15 lap victory over Sandra DeGoede

In
a 12 lap powder puff for SS-PS cars it was Shandi Saunders over Rita Courtney
and in an action paced 15 lap powder puff for MTC it was Kelsey Saunders over
Shanna Hoskins, Shelly Lauderdale and Hillary Eldridge.
Saturday
night the Midwest Classic Racers Dwarf Cars come to Mottville for a triple
points night and they will be giving away a tv-stereo combination to some lucky
person in a drawing! Sunday hot dogs are 50 cents! August 30 is the next
spectator drags and the next powder puff is September 6.
MTC
car count was again 8! The last 3 race nights it has been 9-8-8! Pretty good!
The
powder puff race for the MTC was
very close for the entire 15 laps and September 6th PP should be more
exciting with even more cars!
For
the week before school starts we had a pretty good week-end! This was our 54th
night of racing in 2003, our 53rd point night. About 30 to go!
Labor
Day week-end should really be exciting with spectator drags on Saturday,
Autograph night on Sunday and trophy night on Monday!
It was great to see John Yoder back after missing almost a month with mechanical woes. He says he should be a regular now!
