Points leader Merle Yoder won his 2^nd feature of the season on the first Sunday evening of racing at the Mottville Speedway as he won the 20 lap Mottville Stock feature over Larry Birk, John Yoder, Randy Morley and Jean Behlke.

Birk took the dash over Behlke and Merle Yoder and then in the heat Birk was heading coming of turn 4 on the final lap and went high and overcorrected and spun into the center of the track just before the finish line! Jean Behlke hit Birk and slid by him but Merle Yoder somehow managed to avoid both cars and went across first for the win!

Randy Morley won this 2^nd street stock feature of the season with a 15 lap win over Mike Long and Scott Baker. Morley took the heat win over Long and Baker.

Rob Roberts and Terry Kline staged a great duel for the win in the Thunder Car 15 lap feature with Kline getting stuck behind a lapped car while Roberts went to the outside on the final lap for the victory, his 2^nd of the season and Kline had to settle for second! Brandon Fink was 3^rd and Rich Fritz 4^th. Kline took the heat over Roberts and Fritz.

Terry Humphries won the Bomber 15 lap feature and heat.

10 year old Andrew Behlke won his first feature since 1999 as he took the 12 lapper over his father Tod Behlke, Greg Brown, Jessica Brown, Shawn Forsyth and Travis Forsyte. Andrew Behlke also won the dash over Greg Brown and Travis Forsyth. In the heat it was Shawn Forsyth over Greg Brown and Travis Forsyth.
