SUNDAY JUNE 17, 2001

Robert Teadt, Jr. took the lead on lap 16 of the 35 lap Mottville Stock feature Sunday night at the Mottville Speedway and held off Rod Roberts for his 4^th win of the season! Barry Harrison was a strong 3^rd followed by John Yoder, Wesley Schaefer, Jean Behlke, Jason Schaefer, David Schaefer and Merle Yoder.

John Yoder won his first feature of the season in taking the 15 lap B feature over Harrison, Jason Schaefer, David Schaefer, Merle Yoder, Behlke and Wesley Schaefer.

John Yoder won the dash over Behlke and Merle Yoder and Teadt took the heat over John Yoder and Behlke.

Randy Morley scored an upset win over previously unbeaten Ron Hughson Jr. in taking the 15 lap Street Stock feature! Scott Baker was 3^rd followed by Matt Elsey, Terry Kline and Paul Scott. Hughson won the dash over Baker and Morley and Kline won the heat over Hughson and Baker.

Bill Crapo hit the front stretch wall twice while leading the 12 lap Bomber feature but still managed to win his 3^rd feature of the season! Ray Simpson Jr. was a very close 2^nd followed by Vern Hammond and Martin Newton. Crapo also won the dash over Hammond and Newton.

Fred Garrett won his first Thunder Car feature of the season with a 20 lap victory of Melissa Worthington, Doug Gage, Jamie Kline, Chris Arnett, Willie Oliver Jr., David Barnes and David Anthony. Worthington won the dash over Arnett and Barnes while Kline took the heat over Garrett and Arnett.

Morley won his 8^th Mini Thunder Car feature of the season with a 15 lap win over Nathan Aumack, Paul Zimmerman and Mike Aumack. Morley also won the dash over Nathan Aumack and Zimmerman.
