SATURDAY JULY 21, 2001

Ron Hughson, Jr. took the lead on lap 18 of the 30 lap Street Stock feature and went on to his 5^th feature win of the season on a hot and humid  Saturday night at the Mottville Speedway before the largest crowd of the season!

Scott Baker started last and came home 2^nd followed by Terry Kline, Randy Morley, Ernie Hassler, Corey Pressler and Jeff Brunt. Brunt won the dash over Kline and Morley while Morley took the heat over Kline and Hughson.

Robert Teadt, jr. started last in the 25 lap Mottville Stock feature and passed Jason Schaefer for the lead on lap 19 for his 9^th win of the season! Jason Schaefer settled for 2^nd followed by David Schaefer, Merle Yoder, Lonnie Ernsberger, Wesley Schaefer and Barry Harrison. David Schaefer won the dash over John Yoder and Merle Yoder while Teadt captured the heat over Ernsberger and Jason Schaefer.

Fred Garrett nipped Nathan Aumack at the line for his 3^rd feature win of the season in the 25 lap Mini Thunder Car feature. Mike Aumack was 3^rd followed by Justin Mosher, George Davis, Paul Zimmerman and Mike Jones. Garrett won the dash and heat with Nathan Aumack 2^nd in both and Mike Aumack 3^rd.

Jamie Kline crossed the finish line first by mere inches over Eric Root for her 5^th Thunder Car feature win of the season in a 20 lapper. Mike Benson was 3^rd followed by Randy Morley and Willie Oliver Jr. Root took the dash over Morley and Oliver and Morley won the heat over Oliver and Kline.

Nick Landon won his 2^nd kart feature of the season with a 15 lap victory over Greg Brown, Travis Forsyth, Shawn Forsyth, Jessica Brown and Justin Stump. G. Brown won the dash over S. Forsyth and T. Forsyth while Landon won the heat over S. Forsyth and G. Brown..
